Since taking the rein in early 2011 as CEO, Christina Siaw has implemented several new initiatives at the award-winning Singapore Cruise Centre which accounts for more than 80% of cruise throughput in Singapore.  These initiatives work together to promote Singapore as a cruise hub, and include Cruise 360, a collaboration with best-in-class service providers to cruise ships; leading consultancy studies in Japan; the launch of ACTA (Asia Cruise Terminal Association), a regional alliance to develop the region as a world-class cruise playground; and a partnership with a vocational institute to develop Singapore’s first cruise hospitality programme. Ms Siaw is a travel and tourism veteran with more than 30 years of experience and track record in growing some of Asia’s top brands like Cathay Pacific, Zuji Enterprises and macau.com.
